At IB, our people are our greatest asset. Our business partners, shipping clients, and employees are as diverse as the packages we ship and the geographic regions from which they originate. By surrounding ourselves with this diverse group of people, we continue to generate ideas that will provide better small-parcel shipping solutions and services for high-volume shippers. 

International Bridge proudly connects over 300 colleagues across three continents—America, Asia, and Europe. IB is a US based company that operates internationally, across the globe. Our teams are spread throughout the US, but also in key locations outside of US such as Montenegro or Ukraine, with members contributing from diverse regions like China, Japan and Canada. This global reach brings together a wide range of perspectives and cultural insights, fostering innovation and collaboration on an international level.

Since its founding, IB has prioritized cultural diversity as a key element of its vision. This extends to our internal ethos, where diversity drives creativity. Network of strategic warehouses across the US and service to remote areas highlights our commitment to diversity and inclusion.  

For over 20 years, IB has connected diverse regions through partnerships, collaboration, and shared learning. This approach is reflected within our workforce, where employees from different locations, backgrounds, and perspectives come together to collaborate and learn from one another

And here is one nice piece of evidence of how we Teach to learn. 

Recently, IB hosted a T2l in Montenegro, where our team came together for two sunny August days. This wasn’t just about discussing business achievements and plans; it was about celebrating each other’s unique contributions.  It demonstrated the essence of “Inspire aloha” by fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.  “Embrace diversity” was brought by learning from our different perspectives. The event embodied “Nurture change” as we evolved together, and “Teach to learn” by sharing knowledge and empowering one another to succeed.

This experience truly exemplified and highlighted our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and growth.
