International Bridge is committed to keeping your business and ours running as smoothly as possible. We continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 and the operational effects that it may cause. Unfortunately, our carrier, USPS, has stopped delivering to several affected countries, which has caused International Services to be disrupted; these suspensions will be in effect until further notice.
As this data is constantly changing, we ask that you review the information below and the data provided within the USPS website and please refrain from entering items to any of these suspended service areas.
Due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has suspended the following services we offer to the countries listed below:
Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), and First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®)
Effective March 23, 2020, due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined to China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. These suspensions will be in effect until further notice.
*Australia’s service disruptions affect First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), Commercial ePacket (CeP), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) packets and International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) packets only.
Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
For items that have already shipped to international destinations where service has been suspended, Postal Service employees will endorse these items as “Mail Service Suspended – Return to Sender” and then place them in the mail stream for return.
