On October 9, 2019, the USPS announced a new set of rates that will go into effect January 26th, 2020. This blogpost summarizes the major changes in the USPS rate structure, provides 2020 International Bridge rates for domestic services, and highlights the cost savings when using International Bridge for your shipping needs. The rate analysis presented refers only to Commercial Plus Pricing, which is available only to high volume shippers through USPS. However, by using International Bridge, all shippers can also benefit from these discounted rates.
Priority Mail (PM)
2020 USPS Priority Mail (PM) and Priority Mail Cubic (PMC) rates have increased for all zones, weights, and cubic tiers. The largest increases have occurred for Zone 9 for both Priority Mail, where prices have increased 15%, and Priority Mail Cubic, where rates have increased between 15% and 20% depending upon tier. Flat-Rate Envelopes and Boxes

First-Class Packages (FCP)
And finally, rates for First Class Packages have seen the least increase for domestic shipping services with increases between 0.9% to 3%, depending on weight.
