Update on COVID-19 From International Bridge

Dear valued clients and partners,

During these challenging times we want to share the steps that International Bridge is taking to ensure the safety of our employees and customers as we continue to provide the technology and supply chain services that are so critical right now. International Bridge is committed to supporting our partners, serving our end customers and expanding capacity where needed to ensure continuity of service throughout the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are committed to supporting our ePostage, technology and logistics partners and to meeting the increased demand for eCommerce services during these unprecedented times.

The International Bridge leadership team is continually assessing and responding to the evolving challenges to keep your business and ours running as smoothly as possible as we all respond to this crisis. The well-being of our customers, employees, and communities is our priority. We recognize and appreciate that everyone is very concerned about COVID-19 and our thoughts and prayers are with those that have already been adversely affected by this global crisis.

We are taking special precautions for warehouse and delivery services that require our workers to handle, route, verify, and deliver packages to our final-mile partners. From increasing personal space around packaging stations, to limiting groups of three or more from specific work stations, to increasing the available hand sanitizing stations, along with masks and gloves for all workers, our warehouse teams are prepared to continue providing the services and support that our customers and partners have come to expect. In addition, all of our management and office personal around the world are now working remotely.

For our ePostage customers, our work is done remotely in small groups or by individuals. As an agile organization, we are used to working this way and our teams will continue to do so. We do not anticipate any disruption in services or the support that is provided as part of these no-touch services.

Our leadership team is committed to ensuring the safety of all stakeholders and we continue to monitor both the global and local recommendations for reducing the spread of this virus. To that end, leaders in each physical location are empowered take any proactive and preventative measures that are uniquely needed to better protect others within their specific environments.
