As a company, we deliver millions of packages ranging from 1oz. to 70lbs. every year to places that are usually underserved. We offer savings of up to 30% over other carriers while also providing a completely transparent service from your warehouse to consumer hands within 3-5 days.

How does Non-Continental shipping work?

Where do we ship? Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, as well as APO/FPO.

What can the parcels weigh? Between 1 oz to 70 lbs.

What happens if there are a higher volume of parcels that are being shipped? Our first mile pick-up services allow customers to ship from a single-pallet load up through a truck load.

What happens when they arrive at the International Bridge Sort Location? Parcels are scanned, sorted, containerized, and routed for destination.

What happens to my parcels when they arrive to destination location? Parcels are then containerized and routed for destinations. Once received by IB on destination side, parcels are scanned, and final sortation performed. From therethey head to USPS DDU (Destination Delivery Unit) locations in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

What happens next? USPS accepts parcels into their network, where they are dispatched for final mile delivery.

Is there Priority Air Service? Yes, to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam/Virgin Islands, all United States Territories, as well as APO/FPO.

What are the Priority Service Levels? Metro*: 2 – 4-day delivery. Rural*: 3 – 5-day delivery.

Why does it work?

Optimized Delivery Network: We have long-standing carrier and airline relationships. Due to this, we can deliver packages between 3 and 5 days*, whereas other providers take between 7 and 10 days*.

Rates: Our service is normally priced below national carrier or equivalent rates because of our optimized networks that allow us to operate as if we were delivering to Zone 1 instead of Zone 8, saving you time and money vs. any other provider.
