2020 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Happy Holidays and Seasons Greetings!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for trusting International Bridge with you packages during a tumultuous 2020. As we quickly approach the end of the year, please keep in mind the following shipping guidelines and information as we enter the holiday season and the busiest shipping time of the year.

Thanksgiving Day

The U.S. Thanksgiving holiday is celebrated Thursday, November 26th. USPS stores nationwide are closed with no mail delivery. To make sure your Thanksgiving packages get to their destination in time, please use the following shipping guidelines:

· Priority Mail: Ship by Friday, November 20th

· First-class Mail: Ship by Friday, November 20th

· Priority Mail Express: Ship by Saturday, November 21st

Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Two of the busiest U.S. shopping days of the year are Black Friday (November 27th) and Cyber Monday (November 30th). Arriving directly after Thanksgiving, eCommerce merchants experience high volumes of orders during this weekend.

Because these days arrive after Thanksgiving, deliveries coming out of these two shopping days are not impacted by the Thanksgiving holidays. Many eCommerce businesses are anticipating larger-than-normal holiday orders during a trying 2020 year. Christmas Day

On Christmas Day, December 25th, USPS stores nationwide are closed with no mail delivery. The USPS holiday shipping guidelines for getting packages to their destination by Christmas day are as follows:

· Priority Mail Express: Ship by December 23rd

· Priority Mail: Ship by December 19th

· First-class Mail: Ship by December 18th

· Parcel Select Ground: Ship by December 15th
